We provide our members with a Christ-centered community and the opportunities and resources they need to live out their faith in the sport industry.

How do I join the USG Community?
Any Christian working in College or Pro sports is invited to join our Community Bible studies. These virtual, once-a-week meetings are a great way to study the Bible and connect with other professionals who understand the unique pressures and challenges of the sports industry. No previous Bible Study experience is needed!

The USG Academy
Up-and-coming sport industry professionals, interns, or student managers may apply for one of our USG Academy teams. Once selected, teams will complete our 8-week training and attend an Impact Weekend gathering.
The Benefits of Community:
Mission Trips
We have lead 21 mission trips to 8 different countries and 2 different states within the United States. These trips have been funded for our participants and are focused on development through service and spiritual growth.
These trips typically range from 2-3 weeks and consist of serving & loving kids in the area through sports camps. We will learn how to evangelize & engage with different cultures and people groups.
Service Projects
We believe serving the community around us is a great way to show the love of Christ. Uncommon Sports Group provides its community with opportunities to serve in a variety of capacities at our in-person events throughout the year.
If you are attending an event that USG is leading or involved with, be on the lookout for opportunities to engage in a USG led service project!
Conference & Events
We believe conferences are a great way to learn and develop. We love bringing our members to professional and spiritual conferences around the country including Passion Conference, Daniel Summit, and ADs for Christ.
Sports is an industry of many events! These are great for experiencing the best of the sport industry and networking with top professionals. You'll often see our staff and members at different sporting events including the Final Fours and Super Bowl.
Fellowship and Discipleship
We are a family! Our members experience so much together and are able to build authentic relationships founded on faith. Our bible studies, events, conferences, and more allow individuals to connect and find support from all across the country.
These connections have been an incredible catalyst for lifelong friendships, accountability, job offers, and personal, spiritual, and professional growth! Consider joining our community bible studies to learn more.
